Abstract Past research suggests that ethical culture and moral identity impact behavior in organizations. However, has yet to consider if collective interacts with predict how strength a role this relationship. The purpose of study is investigate the relationship culture, strength, unit-level observed unethical pro-organizational while examining their moderating effects. We test our model 1942 employees from 96 units ten organizations within-unit agreement was estimated for all variables. Our findings point out have strong association on behavior, but no association. discuss implications regarding influence societies where perception corruption high.
